The Product Development Division of a Global Internet services company is seeking a Program Manager .
Responsibilities:
- Formulate a vision for medium- to long-term business improvement for the entire FinTech group and provide direction for efficiency and optimization through the use of AI technology
- Analyze the current status and future challenges of each financial service across the board and formulate strategies to support the growth of the entire group
- Identify business processes and operational issues and propose solutions utilizing AI technologies.
- Investigate the latest AI technologies and trends in Japan and overseas, and design solutions suitable for the FinTech group
- Develop a plan to utilize AI to maximize synergy among each financial service
Required Skills:
- Experience in strategic planning based on mid- to long-term vision
- Experience in business improvement and project promotion using AI technology
- Experience in project management involving multiple departments and stakeholders
- Experience in problem solving and strategy development from a cross-functional perspective
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and data analysis (experience with Python, R, SQL, etc. a plus)
