A Japan leading Bank is looking for a technically strong Database Engineer in the System Infrastructure Department. As a database professional, you will mainly engage in product selection, design, development, and operation of a wide variety of databases.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of databases on new services
- Improve database parameters of current services
- New technology research and consideration, and proposal preparation
- Management of infrastructure projects
- Leading team as a team leader or assistant leader
Required Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience of RHEL/Solaris servers
- 5+ years’ experience of Oracle databases
- 3+ years Project management experience
- Knowledge with hardware/storage of basic technology
- Knowledge with software/middle ware of basic technology
- Practical experience of performance tuning and trouble shooting

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style : Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
