A Leading IT services company is seeking a Service Operation Producer (Leader Candidate) for its Product Development Division.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for system-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for business processes to maintain system service levels
- Lead incident and problem management efforts, coordinating across departments and involving necessary stakeholders during issue resolution
- Manage progress of various tasks such as incident/problem management and inquiry handling
Required Skills:
- Experience in maintenance and operation of smartphone or web applications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitation skills for meetings focused on resolving technical issues
- Experience in team leadership or equivalent roles (including sub-leadership), overseeing teams of 5 or more
