A Global IT Service firm is seeking experienced Product Managers to lead the evolution of its affiliate marketing platforms and drive business growth through product innovation.
As the Product Owner of one or more affiliate platforms, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and global teams to maximize product value and deliver solutions that address customer needs.
This role requires a balance of business acumen, technical understanding, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management to ensure successful product delivery and long-term platform growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize development requests from business stakeholders
- Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap
- Define product requirements and create Product Requirement Documents
- Lead requirement gathering, specification discussions, and solution design with development teams
- Communicate effectively with business teams, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor product and service KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Respond to incidents and communicate impacts, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends, affiliate marketing technologies, and digital advertising solutions
- Work closely with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Analyze business challenges and opportunities, and propose solutions that maximize product and business outcomes
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Experience defining product requirements and managing product roadmaps
- Proven problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to independently identify issues, develop solutions, and drive execution
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and/or digital advertising products
- Basic understanding of web applications and system development processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers and business stakeholders
