A global consulting firm is seeking an AI × Microsoft Consultant. As an AI × Microsoft Consultant, you will leverage Microsoft solutions as a foundation and integrate data and cloud technologies such as generative AI (Azure OpenAI / Copilot) and AI agents to support clients in transforming their ways of working, enhancing business processes, and driving organizational change. The company’s mission goes beyond simple IT implementation; it aims to lead enterprise-level digital transformation (DX) and solve social and corporate challenges through the “redesign of business, organization, and decision-making based on AI.” You will take a holistic view of the Microsoft ecosystem and design and implement solutions across business processes, data, AI, and security.
Responsibilities:
- AI × transformation support centered on Microsoft technologies
- Business process reform and DX concept creation/support using generative AI and AI agents
- Planning, designing, and implementing business-specific AI using Azure OpenAI services and internal AI assistants
- Enhancing productivity and automating workflows with Copilot (Microsoft 365 / Dynamics / Power Platform)
- Improving employee and customer experiences and engagement
- Driving next-generation workplace transformation using Microsoft 365 × generative AI
- Enhancing employee engagement and knowledge management with AI
- Promoting data-driven management and advanced business operations
- Improving business efficiency and sophistication with Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) × AI
- Building AI and analytics platforms and supporting advanced management decision-making using Azure data platforms
- Agile / low-code × AI development
- Rapid application development using Power Platform × Copilot
- Designing AI platforms that balance citizen development and governance
- Cloud security platforms
- Enterprise-wide safe AI deployment and Azure-centric cloud migration/modernization assuming use of generative AI / Copilot
- Integrating authentication platforms using Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and implementing zero-trust security with AI / AI agents in mind
Required Skills:
- Project leadership, management, and engineering experience in upstream processes such as concept formulation
- Design, implementation, and DX experience with generative AI models using MS Azure AI Foundry or similar
- Design, implementation, and DX experience of automation solutions using AI agents
- DX experience using low-code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform
- Workplace transformation experience using groupware such as Microsoft 365
- Experience implementing business applications such as D365
- Experience designing and building zero-trust architectures using tools such as MS Security Suite
