A Global IT Service is looking for a Technical Bridge Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Japanese stakeholders and offshore development teams, ensuring accurate understanding and translation of requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in Japanese and English with clarity and precision
- Structure and organize requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams
- Facilitate smooth communication across multicultural teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Support project planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution in collaboration with technical leads
- Preferred experience in working with offshore/onsite team model
Required Skills:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Strong command of Japanese (native-level or near-native) and English for clear, concise communication
- Business Analysis: Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating functional documentation
- Bridge Role Expertise: Proven track record of working as an intermediary between client and offshore teams
- Technical Awareness: Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and databases to effectively communicate with technical teams (Java, REST APIs, Oracle preferred)
- Tools: Knowledge of documentation tools, project management platforms, and collaboration tools
