A US world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented & bilingual Technical Leader (Fullstack + Delivery)
in the Digital Engineering Team.
In the Digital Engineering team, you are empowered to lead a group of highly skilled technical professionals to consistently deliver on project commitments and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the technical strategy execution by driving IT execution plan
- Work closely with the various business teams to understand their needs and priorities
- Evaluates business requirements and creates technical delivery plan in corporation with the internal IT team and vendor resources
- Lead and deliver technology solutions in alignment with business and IT objectives
- Ensure technical projects are completed on time, on budget and within quality standards
- Manage the delivery team consisting of both internal and external resources
- Reviews and approves vendor deliverables to ensure they are meeting defined quality standards, including conducting thorough technical reviews, providing feedback etc.
- Play a people manager role to manage a team under the Digital engineering section
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field preferable
- 15~20 years of experience in delivery and managing projects
- Experience of working for Insurance or Financial Company (domain)
- Programming languages/ Frameworks: Java, .NET, Open API, Swagger, Gen AI, Good knowledge on GitHub CoPilot, knowledge on LLMs
- Web Technologies: React Js, angular or any equivalent
- Databases: any SQL / NoSQL
- Containers: docker, container, lxc, podman (anyone is good)
- Container orchestrations: Kubernetes, docker compose
- Strong knowledge in SOAP & RESTful protocols
- API management: APIGEE, APIM, API Gateway or any other equivalent
- Messaging: Rabit MQ, Azure service bus, Azure event grid, SQS, SNS or equivalent
- Code quality tools: SonarQube, fortify or any equivalent

9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style:
Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
