Manufacturing-focused data platform startup is looking for a SRE
Responsibilities:
- Improve service reliability, performance, availability, and scalability
- Handle incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive measures
- Manage SLIs/SLOs and enhance observability using logs, metrics, and traces
- Automate operational tasks and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Build and operate cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
- Apply and promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Collaborate with development teams to embed SRE practices
- Support SRE culture through education and knowledge sharing
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience in backend development and operation of web applications
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and operating cloud-based architectures (including SRE-related practices and Infrastructure-as-Code)
- Practical experience with modern development and operations platforms, such as Kubernetes, container technologies, and CI/CD pipelines

Working Hours: Flex (core time 11am-4pm)
