A global consulting firm is seeking a Solution Architect / Enterprise Integration Consultant
to support a major life insurance transformation program for a leading global insurance company in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design of a new enterprise platform and future-state technology architecture
- Analyze existing applications and systems to identify integration requirements and improvement opportunities
- Design solution architectures, integration approaches, and end-to-end system flows
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design materials
- Support business requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and project stakeholders during design and implementation activities
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical workshops, and solution discussions
- Recommend integration approaches utilizing APIs, middleware, and enterprise application connectivity
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and enterprise technology standards
- Support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and transformation initiatives
Required Skills:

Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Lead on enterprise transformation projects

Direct experience in the life insurance industry, including insurance applications, operational systems, or core platforms

Experience personally creating architecture diagrams, integration flows, system designs, and technical documentation

Experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, enterprise applications, and data flows
