A Global Insurance is seeking a Senior Project Manager
within the Drive Innovation and Lead Transformation
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
- Manage project priorities, budgets, resources, and risks with confidence and clarity
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with internal policies
- Build strong partnerships with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Enhance the overall performance of the Portfolio & Project Office (PPO)
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of all outputs
Required Skills:
- Project Management: Proven success in leading large-scale finance or insurance projects. Deep understanding of industry regulations, Agile methodologies, and system migrations. PMP certification is a plus
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in high-level software development and Agile practices. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex solutions
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Visionary leadership with the ability to solve complex problems, manage change, and think strategically. Exceptional presentation skills, especially when engaging with CIOs and senior executives
