A global Financial Firm is seeking a Senior Associate - Security Engineer - Identity Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will develop and govern the organization's identity and access management program. You will be responsible for ensuring secure access to critical business systems and data, overseeing IAM policies and technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and an ability to collaborate effectively with CTO and other cross-functional global teams to establish a robust IAM framework. You will play a critical role in establishing IAM framework, driving adoption of IAM best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain IAM Framework – Establish and maintain the organization’s IAM program, ensuring alignment with security strategy, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Govern IAM Processes & Policies – Oversee authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver, recertification, reconciliation) and enforce consistent access control across Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, and cloud environments.
- Oversee IAM Technologies – Manage and optimize identity governance solutions (e.g., Saviynt, OIG), IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD), and PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk), ensuring effective integration and operation.
- Architect & Implement IAM Solutions – Collaborate with technical teams on IAM initiatives, architecture, design, implementation, and integration with platforms such as AD, LDAP, Unix/Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Automate IAM Workflows – Drive adoption of automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and security.
- Integrate with Enterprise & Cloud Systems – Ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems to support secure and efficient operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with IT, security, HR, and business units globally and regionally to gather IAM requirements, guide best practices, and support strategic initiatives.
Required skills:
- At least 7 years of experience in Information security and 5 years’ experience as a senior technical position in Identity Access Management (IAM) with hands on experience in different facets of IAM including RBAC (Role Based Access Control), ABAC(Attribute Based Access Control), SSO (Single Sign on), MFA(Multi Factor Authentication), PAM (Privileged Access Management), and IGA(Identity Governance Administration).
- Proven track record experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) governance align organization policies, standard and guidelines
- Implementation of IAM solutions in cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, GCP
