A global consulting firm seeks a  Security Engineer in Risk Reduction Engineering (RRE) team

Responsibilities:
- Define and support secure delivery pipelines and automation tools
- Establish cloud security requirements (CI/CD, IAM, network, compliance, forensics)
- Conduct application security testing and code reviews
- Identify and address gaps in architecture and design
- Develop secure coding standards and policies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into SDLC

Required Skills:
- 4+ years in security engineering, consulting, or SOC operations
- 2+ years leading security-related projects or teams
- Strong penetration testing skills (OSCP/CEH preferred)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with SAST/DAST tools, secure coding principles, and threat modeling
- Development experience in Python, TypeScript, Java, Scala, C++, or Go
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Proficient in vulnerability management and compliance workflows
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Japanese level: Intermediate (N3 or higher)

Preferred, not required
- CISM, CISSP, CISA, GIAC
- CEH, OSCP, LPT, GIAC Penetration Tester
- CCSK, CCSP, Azure/AWS/GCP security certifications
