A startup providing a data platform solutions for the manufacturing industry is seeking a bilingual Product Manager .
Responsibilities:
- The mission is to maximize product value and drive customer behavior change by collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging the strengths of the development and operations teams
- Planning, formulation, and execution of product strategy and product roadmap
- Building, optimizing, and automating internal operations for scale
- Planning and executing various qualitative and quantitative research (user research, log analysis, inquiry analysis, etc.)
- Formulating and implementing business plans, development management
- Product quality management
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve results
- In addition to the above, at least one of the following: experience as a Product Manager or as a Software Engineer
- Experience in system development or IT service improvement project management
- Experience working on the front lines of domains closely related, such as manufacturing, logistics, or procurement, with strong domain knowledge

In October 2025, the Data Platform Division was established to develop the core infrastructure that supports all products. Working Hours : Flextime system (core hours 11:00–16:00) / Remote work possible
