A global insurance company is looking for an experienced bilingual Project Manager to lead a large-scale claims transformation program.
This role will be responsible for driving the migration and modernization of critical claims-related applications from legacy platforms to modern low-code solutions, helping improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application migration and modernization projects
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive communications
- Support UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities
- Ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT environments
- Experience delivering system implementation, migration, or modernization projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
