A Global IT Services company is looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager who can take one or more technical ownership and responsibilities during the product and project development also he/she should have the capability to solve any kind of business problem.
The person should be highly skilled in one or more project management methodologies and do not afraid to come out of one's comfort zone and jump into the unknown project management world. Very much tech and business focus and create a perfect bridge between business and tech team.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure for complex advertising technology projects
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with product, engineering, business, and other stakeholders
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for global teams
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, implementing effective resolution strategies to keep projects on track
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, data science, sales, legal)
- Providing regular, transparent project status updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Driving continuous process improvement within project execution and contributing to best practices for the department
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- 7 years of progressive experience in Project Management, with a significant portion managing complex software development or ad technology projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum/Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate distributed, global teams effectively
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse cultures and seniority levels
- Experience in the AdTech, MarTech, or e-commerce industry is highly preferred
