Leading EC company group is looking for a  Project Manager in the department to develop Customer Royalty Program

Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan based on priorities provided by product managers
- Break down tasks with an understanding of features and architecture
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve various issues and conflicts
- Analyze project risks and define countermeasures to mitigate them
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Be a role model to the team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity and taking responsibility
- Handle organizational tasks to support the section
- Production support
- Troubleshooting of service in the trouble

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in project management
- Warm personality with excellent communication skills.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Experience working directly with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and Kanban), and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working in cross-cultural development teams
- Knowledge of IT systems
