A Global IT Service firm is seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Lead high-priority security engineering projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational security goals.
- Act as a central point of contact, facilitating communication between technical engineering teams, security architects, and various business stakeholders to ensure security requirements are understood and prioritized.
- Use your understanding of IT systems and security fundamentals to translate security needs into actionable, realistic plans that teams can execute without compromising stability.
- Facilitate steering committees and decision-making bodies, ensuring that project progress, risks, and roadblocks are transparently communicated to leadership.
- Conduct retrospectives to refine how security projects are delivered, identifying bottlenecks in cross-departmental collaboration and implementing more efficient workflows.
- Track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring that dependencies—both technical and human—are managed proactively.

Required Skills:
- Solid experience in infrastructure security, virtualization, and network architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results across diverse teams and departments without direct authority over their daily operations.
- 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder technical projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to identify systemic risks and architectural gaps and translate them into clear, manageable project phases.
- Experience in designing project governance frameworks and providing regular, high-level status reporting to senior management.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical security risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High proficiency in documenting scope, assumptions, and project risks to ensure accountability across all departments.​​​​​​​

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
