A foreign consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager – Business Transformation
to lead and deliver business transformation initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, clearly define project phases, and manage project schedules
- Conduct hands-on analysis of project deliverables, including impact assessments and detailed requirements development, to ensure quality and successful delivery
- Develop and manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle, and escalate issues when necessary
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, prepare project documentation, and support project meetings
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of hands-on involvement in project deliverables and detailed analysis
- Experience working with global stakeholders and culturally diverse teams
- Proven experience managing and delivering projects within organizational constraints, such as new business development, technology implementation, business process improvement, and post-merger integration (PMI)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, both written and verbal

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
