A global insurance company is seeking a Production Support Engineer with expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Application Management Services (AMS), and IT Service Management.

Responsibilities:
- Understand current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze issues, propose solutions, and build consensus among stakeholders
- Implement and roll out improvement initiatives across teams
- Strengthen engineering culture through documentation and knowledge sharing
- Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues when necessary
- Approach work proactively, independently, and innovatively

Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of databases, web applications, APIs, messaging systems, and Japan-specific tools (e.g., JBA, HULFT)
- Tools & Technologies: Scheduling tools (CA A-AUTO, JP1), APM tools (New Relic, Dynatrace), scripting languages (Shell, PowerShell), SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Problem Solving & Optimization: Proactive approach to early issue detection, system performance improvement, and ensuring reliability

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days of remote work per week)
