A Global IT Services Company is seeking a Product Manager to oversee product portfolios across multiple business domains and lead a team of product managers. In this role you will be responsible for managing a wide range of systems across domains such as Sales, Customer Support, Contract Management, and Fraud Prevention. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the product portfolio strategy and roadmap, while also managing the people and operations of the product team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute responsibilities as a manager of Product Managers across systems in Sales, Customer Support, Contract Management, and Fraud Prevention
- Develop and manage product portfolio strategies and oversee roadmaps across your domains
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across domains and drive holistic optimization
- Lead organizational and people management of the Product Manager team, including goal setting, performance evaluation, training, and hiring
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify product issues, perform data analysis, define KPIs, gather requirements, and create roadmaps
- Prioritize feature development based on strategic goals and ensure timely releases
- Improve services through customer feedback and data-driven insights
- Explore the potential of advanced technologies such as AI to propose solutions that enhance operations and create new value
- Align project goals and guide teams to achieve the required level of quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional roles (Cross PDM/PJM), as well as internal PJMs and engineers, to manage project scope, budget, and release schedules
- Enable smooth communication within the team and provide timely updates to executives on status, issues, risks, and performance
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role, including 3+ years of managerial experience
- Proven experience managing product portfolios across multiple business domains
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system definitions and designs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues within owned products and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in organizational and people management
