A Global Consulting Firm is seeking a talented Product Manager ! The Product Manager will oversee everything from the planning and development to the operation of digital products designed to solve client challenges. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will make strategic decisions and maximize the value of the product.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and proposing new products
- Designing strategies to enhance existing products
- Defining product vision and creating/managing roadmaps
- Managing the entire product lifecycle (planning → development → operation → improvement)
- Business analysis, issue identification, and future vision design
- Requirements definition, prioritization, and backlog management
- Designing post-launch operations, measuring outcomes, and driving improvements
- Leading the entire process from requirement definition to development and operations
- Managing budget, resources, schedules, and risks
- Collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Working closely with technical and UX members
- Coordinating and aligning with internal and external stakeholders
- Building trust through clear explanations and transparent reporting
Required Skills:
- Product Management Experience
- Experience involved end-to-end in the planning, development, and operation of software products, including vision setting and go-to-market (GTM) strategy formulation and execution.
- Project Management Experience
- Proven experience leading team building and operations while managing budget, schedule, resources, and risks.
- Understanding and practical experience with development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Understanding of Development Processes and Tools
- Product management experience using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
