An European Insurance firm is looking for a talented Lead Solution Architect  in the Technology Division.
In this role you will play a key role in aligning IT solutions with the company’s strategic goals and architecture roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Platform Architects, and Tribe members to identify business capability gaps and provide hands-on technical solutions to developers and operations teams within Squads.

Responsibilities:
- You will engage closely with other Solution Architects to ensure solution alignment with IT strategy and architecture roadmap, and aim to reuse available IT assets to deliver value to business faster while reducing waste and duplication
- You will also work with Enterprise architects and Tribe members to identify key business capability gaps in order for strategic and business planning processes to address those, and to provide hands-on technical solutions to Developers and Ops members within Squads
- When required, you will collaborate with Platform architects to stay up-to-date on key technologies and ensure our architecture, technology and security guidelines are respected and followed

Required Skills:
- 6+ years’ experience in IT
- Data Architect Experience
- Experience in Insurance is preferable
- Relevant prior experience as an application/solution architect, technical product owner or software engineer with solution design experience (5+ years)
- Understanding of architecture principles and architecture governance processes
- Good understanding of SDLC as well as change, release and project management methodologies, concepts, practices and standards
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a cross-team multicultural and multi-timezone environment
- Ability to articulate and enforce architecture targets within project teams

Working Hours:  9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri) 
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home) 
Holidays:  Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
