An European Life Insurance firm is looking for a talented IT Vendor Management Specialist 
The role involves overseeing vendor performance, contract governance, financial management, and cross-functional coordination to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Support and manage strategic relationships with key IT vendors and service providers
- Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and organizational standards
- Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying and resolving service issues
- Manage vendor-related financial activities, including budget tracking, invoice validation, payment coordination, and cost optimization
- Lead or support contract negotiations, renewals, and governance activities to minimize risk and secure favorable business terms
- Organize and facilitate regular governance meetings and committees with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, and business teams to align vendor services with operational and strategic goals
- Escalate operational or vendor-related issues appropriately and support timely resolution
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, IT operations, procurement support, or related business functions
- Strong understanding of vendor governance, SLA management, contract administration, and financial oversight
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across teams
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality execution
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a continuous learning attitude
- Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate operations and processes

Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
