A global technology company is looking for an IT Strategy & PMO Specialist
to join its newly established CIO Office and support enterprise-wide IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional IT projects, manage project progress and risks, support IT investment optimization, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership. You will work closely with business teams, IT teams, vendors, and global stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional IT projects from planning through delivery
- Manage project progress, risks, issues, budgets, and delivery quality
- Identify project bottlenecks and coordinate stakeholders to resolve issues
- Support IT governance and optimize IT investments based on ROI
- Analyze IT and project data using BI tools, SQL, and Excel
- Create dashboards and reports to support management decision-making
- Bridge business and IT teams to align requirements and project objectives
- Lead DX initiatives involving AI, automation, and operational improvements
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional IT projects and stakeholders
- Strong skills in project tracking, risk and issue management, and reporting
- Ability to analyze IT-related data and support decision-making through dashboards and reports
- Strong communication, logical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
