A Global manufacturer in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Financial Systems Transformation )
to support large-scale finance systems transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead finance-related IT carve-out initiatives
- Support migration and implementation of standalone finance systems and platforms
- Coordinate transformation activities with minimal disruption to business operations
- Drive long-term scalable finance system architecture and operational stability
- Manage requirements gathering, planning, and execution across finance transformation initiatives
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, IT teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors
- Support project governance, risk management, and transformation roadmap execution
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Support implementation and optimization of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related finance applications
- Translate finance controlling, risk management, and cost engineering requirements into system solutions
- Support system integration, reporting, and data structure design
- Assist in modernization and replacement of legacy systems
- Ensure systems align with legal, compliance, and internal control requirements
- Support IT governance frameworks and audit readiness
- Monitor system performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help establish sustainable operational processes for future growth
Required Skills:
- 10 years of exp with min 5 years of experience as an IT PM, Business Transformation or finance system role or consulting exp
- Exp in Enterprise transformation or system migration
- Exp in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ERP or Enterprise reporting solutions of any kind
- Strong understanding of Finance Controlling, Compliance or Legal related IT systems
