A Global Automotive and Manufacturing firm is looking for a strong IT Infrastructure Transformation Program Lead with in the IT Infrastructure Team.
The role will coordinate multiple infrastructure projects and workstreams across Cloud, Data Center, Network, Digital Workplace, and other infrastructure areas.
You will work closely with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to track project delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and support the transition toward the company's future IT infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple IT infrastructure transformation projects and workstreams
- Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain an overall view of program status and provide regular updates to management
- Work closely with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Support project managers and technical teams to resolve delivery issues and keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate activities related to infrastructure migration and post-merger integration
- Support program governance, documentation, reporting, budget tracking, and vendor coordination

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT experience, preferably within IT infrastructure
- Good understanding of Cloud, Data Center, Network, Digital Workplace, and on-premise infrastructure
- Experience supporting or leading IT infrastructure projects, migrations, or transformation programs
- Strong project coordination and project management skills
- Experience tracking schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with global or multicultural teams is preferred
- Experience with infrastructure integration or post-merger projects is an advantage
