A major retail brand is looking for a strong IT Development Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- You will participate as a technical lead in development projects for various business applications within department stores (including POS, inventory management, customer management, and e-commerce integration)
- You will be involved throughout the entire system lifecycle—from systemization planning, requirements definition, design, development, testing, implementation, to operation and maintenance
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will aim to resolve operational challenges and enhance service quality
- Furthermore, with a comprehensive understanding of the overall system architecture, you will be responsible for creating a roadmap to modernize legacy systems, particularly by transitioning them to service-based systems (such as SaaS), and driving their phased replacement
- This is a crucial role supporting operational improvements from a technical perspective and accelerating the department store's digital transformation (DX)
- Technical involvement and driving each phase: RFP creation, vendor selection, requirements definition, design, development, testing, and migration
- Coordination with internal departments and smooth communication with stakeholders
- Operational design, operational management, and continuous improvement activities following new system implementation
Required Skills:
- Experience in developing business applications (3+ years)
- Experience across the entire system lifecycle from upstream processes to manufacturing is desirable
- Project management experience (practical experience as a technical lead or project leader)
- Experience managing projects involving coordination across multiple departments and vendors
- Work experience within the IT department of a business organization or at a vendor/SIER
- Experience in IT planning and implementation involving collaboration with user departments and understanding of business operations

Working Hours: 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday
Working Style: 5 days per week in the office
