A Global IT Service firm is looking for a HRIS Recruiting System Specialist   for their various services within e-commerce domain.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize all Recruiting related functional configurations
- Ability to work on multiple projects from planning through execution, independently
- Ability to organize the activity/requests in a manner to effectively govern and control the information distributed to the HR functional groups, HR executive leadership, and corporate executive leadership
- Understand HR functions, as well as network technology functions and their terms, methodologies, and processes
- Work with internal stakeholders and business partners to provide valuable solutions that support efficient processes and high-quality user experience, including proactive system controls

Required Skills:
- Experience in Workday or global HR system (e.g., SAP/Oracle) implementation projects at a consulting firm or in-house IT department
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture for global HR systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle)
- Knowledge and work experience in Recruiting module
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in simple business friendly terms
- Ability to lead strategic discussions with stakeholders
