A major retail brand is looking for a strong Fullstack Developer .
The role requires someone who can gather requirements from business teams, prepare design documentation, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure the successful development and implementation of applications.
You will support the modernization of legacy systems and the adoption of SaaS-based and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical specifications and design documents
- Lead development activities for internal applications (POS, inventory, customer systems, e-commerce integrations)
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and development partners to deliver projects successfully
- Manage the end-to-end system lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Support migration of legacy systems to modern SaaS or service-based architectures
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in software development or full-stack development
- Experience with Java-based applications or SaaS platforms
- Experience in requirement gathering, system design, and development
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of ITIL or IT service management practices
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Any: AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
- Ability to read and create technical documents in Japanese

Working Hours: 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday
Working Style: 5 days per week in the office
