A leading global technology and telecommunications company is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer
to join its growing development organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the development initiatives and day-to-day operations of the Frontend Engineering team
Work closely with the Tech Lead to establish an effective development structure and optimize team roles and responsibilities
Drive frontend development primarily using Vue.js / Nuxt.js
Promote an environment where the frontend team can independently deploy changes to production
Coordinate requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Management, and Backend Engineering
Establish and improve development workflows, release processes, and quality improvement practices
Support quality improvement through code reviews and design reviews
Support technical decision-making and identify and address team-level challenges
Mentor and support the professional development of team members
In the future, contribute to performance evaluation, recruitment, and organizational development
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
Hands-on experience developing web services using Vue.js / Nuxt.js
Professional experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience developing web services involving REST API integration
Experience with frontend code reviews, design, and quality improvement
Experience improving development workflows and release processes
Experience driving development in collaboration with multiple functions, such as Tech Leads, Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Engineers
