A global Financial Firm is looking for an Executive Director – Fintech (Data Science)
Responsibilities:
- It requires the development and implementation of processes, policies, standards, and solutions in collaboration with the Global treasury & Regulatory capital users and key stakeholders (e.g., Technology, business, EIS, compliance)
- Lead liquidity and regulatory capital reporting initiatives and ensure compliance with JSFA, PRA and MAS regulations
- Serve as a technology architect with strong expertise in big data and advanced tech solutions (hands-on coding not required)
- Collaborate with demanding, high-level user groups and key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and technical insight
- Focus on liquidity and treasury operations, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Engage with senior management to drive technology-enabled business improvements
Required Skills:
- Extensive Data Expertise: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience across the full data lifecycle, including big data, data analytics, data science, data engineering, and data governance
- Executive Leadership: Proven experience operating at Executive Director level, providing strategic direction, decision support, and leadership for large-scale data initiatives
- Strong knowledge in these following areas: Treasury Funding & Treasury Liquidity regulations, high frequency trading (front office) knowledge
