A Global IT Service firm is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the CI/CD platform within the Cloud Management Department.
In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical cloud services that support the overall global ecosystem, ensuring high-quality engineering standards, operational excellence, and scalable innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide team members in their career development, serving as a primary source of support and expertise
- Create and maintain plans, goals, and milestones for each project
- Maintain a live service with high availability standards
- Ensure the CI/CD platform operates as a reliable production service for its users, including service stability, incident management, operational support, and continuous improvement
- Help drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for your products
- Identify resource requirements and coordinate with management to ensure the team is appropriately staffed
- Maintain a fundamental understanding of budgeting and effective cost control
- Communicate ideas, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment and commitment
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders across the company
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner to all impacted teams
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, deployment workflows, and artifact management
- Experience operating or building developer platforms or internal engineering tools
- Strong experience in production systems operation, including high availability and incident handling
- Practical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering concepts
- Ability to contribute to technical decision-making and system architecture discussions

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
