A Global Digital Marketing solutions firm is seeking an experienced DX Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Accept inquiries from departments, organize the situation, identify issues, and manage the backlog
- Collaborate and report with internal stakeholders (Sales, Back Office, Operations)
- Evaluate and propose IT solutions, estimate development workload and costs
- Manage progress, schedules, risks, and issues
- Quality control, deliverables management, and validation
- Hands-on system development as necessary
- Meetings and selection of vendors (for external solution implementation)
- Partner vendor management (languages used: Japanese and English)
- Maintenance and upgrades of existing internal systems
- Collaborate with overseas IT teams if the solution is under global jurisdiction
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in application development (requirements gathering, implementation, testing)
- Experience as a PM in internal digital transformation (DX) initiatives
- Experience in Salesforce administration and development
- Experience in negotiating and collaborating with business departments
- Development experience with client-server or web-based systems, and database handling (specific languages/DBs not specified)
- Broad IT knowledge applicable to business support systems and the ability to implement them in practical scenarios
- Ideally experience with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies; able to propose an SDLC approach suited to the organization
