A Global IT Service firm is seeking a DevOps Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain infrastructure on GCP, Azure, and private cloud platforms.
- Deploy and scale applications efficiently across various environments.
- Implement robust monitoring and logging systems to ensure system reliability and visibility.
- Set up and manage alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and standards in all environments.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
- Proficiency in managing GCP and Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Google Monitoring).
- Experience with application deployment and scaling in cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Solid understanding of containerization using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (GKE/AKS or private cloud clusters).
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, and load balancing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
