A Global IT Service firm is looking for a  DevOps Engineer.  In this role, you will enable engineering and data teams to deliver AI solutions faster and more confidently by improving deployment automation, cloud operations, system observability, and platform reliability. Your work will directly support customer-facing services used across the global ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure supporting scalable and reliable AI-powered customer service applications
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring efficient and consistent application deployment across environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms to automate software delivery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies to improve infrastructure consistency and deployment efficiency
- Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure, focusing on scalability, availability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to maintain system health and reliability
- Respond to production incidents and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, postmortems, and maintaining operational runbooks
- Strengthen infrastructure security and compliance by applying appropriate security practices across cloud environments, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
- Develop automation and operational tools using Python, while exploring AIOps and AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and system reliability
- Collaborate with software engineers, data teams, TPMs, and international stakeholders to improve delivery processes, troubleshoot distributed systems, and enable faster and more reliable deployment of AI solutions

Require skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with exposure to cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with containerization technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD principles with experience using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in a distributed environment
- Good communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
