A Global IT Service firm is looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer .
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for development tools
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency
- Analyze and report on system performance and issues
- Administer development tools and ensure their optimal performance
- Manage software licensing and ensure compliance with licensing agreements
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English
Required Skills:
- Experience in technical support, particularly with development tools
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Powerpoint, Excel, Copilot
- JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Github
