A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is seeking an experienced and bilingual Data Analyst for the Data Platform Team. 

Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and workshops with business area representatives to define requirements and document specifications for data migration and integration
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure understanding of business and technical needs
- Support the Data Platform Team with daily coordination, issue tracking, and progress follow-up
- Perform data collection, validation, and quality checks for Informatica-related datasets
- Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications, mapping sheets, and status reports
- Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards for project progress and governance review
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for deliverable alignment, testing, and acceptance
- Facilitate communication across local and global stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation of risks or blockers

Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of Informatica systems (Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, or similar data integration tools)
- Minimum 5 years of project management or PMO coordination experience in an IT environment
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with Agile Delivery Models (ADM)
- Experience in data analysis, migration, or data quality initiatives within large enterprises
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English – advanced level, Japanese – business level) for stakeholder discussions and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools for reporting and tracking
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for cross-functional coordination

Working Hours:  9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 4 days’ work in office, and 1 day work from home (more WFH days is possible)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
