A fast-growing, publicly listed hospitality SaaS company is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Business Intelligence Group and support data-driven business growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze business performance and KPIs
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Build reports and dashboards using SQL, BigQuery, and BI tools such as Looker
- Partner with multiple departments to identify business challenges and opportunities
- Improve reporting processes, data infrastructure, and automation initiatives
- Support the operation of customer-facing analytics services
- Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or a related analytical role
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to support business decision-making
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Advanced SQL skills
