A global consulting firm is looking for an AI x HR Technology Consultant who will lead corporate HR transformation by designing optimal HR technology strategies and frameworks to address evolving challenges faced by HR departments and HR functions in a dynamic business environment

Responsibilities
- Manage core operations such as personnel management, payroll management, attendance management, and talent management across the Group and globally
- Provide AI-powered People Transformation Consulting services (AI x HR Technology)
- Serve clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing, distribution, public sector, pharmaceuticals, and finance
- Improve productivity through business design using AI platforms (generative AI, AI agents, SAP Joule, Workday Illuminate, etc.) and other overseas SaaS products
- Example: Design and implement AI-based automation for payroll operations to improve efficiency
- Example: AI agentization of recruitment processes to enhance HR measures (design and implementation)
- Example: AI agentization for year-end adjustments and employee inquiries (design and implementation)

Required Skills
- Experience in business improvement projects using overseas SaaS products with embedded AI for HR functions such as Payroll, Attendance, and Talent Management
- Experience in reform projects through system improvement
- Strong planning and execution skills, including experience from requirement definition to post-implementation support
- Japanese: Strong Business / Fluent level
- English: High Intermediate level

Experience by Seniority Level:
- Senior Associate: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR consulting at a consulting firm OR experience in business/system transformation in HR at a business or SIer.
- Manager: Over 5 years of experience in HR consulting at a consulting firm OR experience as a project manager in HR, talent management, or payroll transformation at an operating company.
- Senior Manager: Over 8 years of experience in HR consulting at a consulting firm, including project management and acquisition experience.
