A Global Asset Management firm is seeking an AI Platform & Governance Lead to help drive the safe, effective, and scalable use of generative AI across the firm. This role will evaluate, implement, and govern multiple AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude, while leading security, governance, cost management, and adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the firmwide AI strategy, AI roadmap, and AI usage policies
- Evaluate, implement, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Azure OpenAI Service
- Assess & manage AI services such as Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Vertex AI, & Anthropic Claude
- Promote data protection, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), access management, and audit log review for AI usage
- Manage and optimize AI-related licenses, subscriptions, API usage costs, and cloud spend
- Measure AI adoption, ROI (Return on Investment), and business impact, and prepare reporting for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate with business teams, Cyber Security Operations, IT Control, global IT teams, and external vendors
- Plan and execute AI enablement activities, internal education, standardization, and proof-of-concept initiatives
Required Skills:
- Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: IT infrastructure, cloud, security, IT governance, or SaaS operations
- Strong interest in AI, cloud, security, & governance, with a willingness to learn & grow in these areas
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage issues, and support decision-making
- Experience coordinating with vendors, internal IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders
