An Japan/US AI Solutions Firm with a global presence is looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer.
You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AI agents that leverage cutting-edge AI techniques to streamline corporate business processes, with a strong focus on the legal domain. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in AI and software engineering to solve complex, real-world challenges in a high-impact setting.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust AI agents
- Integrate AI solutions with existing SaaS platforms and legal workflow systems
- Evaluate third-party models, frameworks, and services to determine their suitability and integration potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and deliver high-impact agent solutions
- Build tools and infrastructure to monitor, test, and evaluate AI agent performance
- Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices in documentation and version control
- Diagnose and resolve issues in AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in developing agent products or similar AI applications
- Strong proficiency in one programming language (e.g., Python)
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and modern AI methodologies
- Experience with AI frameworks and agent development tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP)
- Solid problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
