A Global Financial firm is looking for a Lead Developer for Trading System (Prime IT Services). This team is responsible for the development of applications related to the prime services business
Responsibilities:
- Planning and proposing solutions for business challenges in user departments and driving projects to realization
- Managing development teams comprised of members from various locations and domestic developers
- Designing, implementing, releasing, and maintaining functionality for the stock lending system (front and middle system)
- Managing contract and deliveries with information vendors and software vendor companies in Japan
- Providing L3 support during incidents and supporting user inquiries regarding system functionality
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience development with Trading system, coding in Java/ C# and Python
- At least 2 year of experience designing, implementing core function of stock lending system (Front and middle office)
- Has Finance Domain experience
- Great communication skills
