Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is partnering with a leading global manufacturer of precision fluid dispensing and dosing systems . The company provides advanced dispensing technologies used in industries such as electronics, automotive, EV manufacturing, and industrial automation.

As part of its continued expansion in Southeast Asia, the company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand the adoption of its dosing systems in Malaysia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business development and increasing market share for fluid dispensing systems across central Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Malaysia sales territory , building a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new customers within priority industries such as electronics, automotive, EV manufacturing, automation, and general industrial sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through proactive business development and account expansion.
  • Conduct technical discovery discussions with customers to understand manufacturing processes and dispensing requirements.
  • Translate customer process needs into technical proposals, system configurations, and quotations .
  • Deliver product demonstrations, application trials, and solution presentations .
  • Provide onsite technical support and equipment setup when required.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and technical assistance with regional teams in Singapore and global HQ .
  • Work closely with application engineers and technical teams to ensure successful system installations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development, proposal preparation, and negotiation to deal closure and project handover.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and account plans .
  • Monitor and report market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity related to dispensing systems and pump technologies.

Job Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales .
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and quotations .
  • Proven track record in customer-facing sales, negotiation, and account development .
  • Working knowledge of industrial machinery, automation systems, basic electrical systems, and fluid mechanics .
  • Experience with fluid dispensing systems, pumps, adhesives, sealants, or related capital equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong hands-on and solution-oriented mindset .
  • Ability to travel frequently across Malaysia for customer visits and onsite support.
