Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable user growth, establish measurable objectives (OKRs/KPIs), and ensure initiatives align with overall business goals.

Utilize a combination of product strategy and data insights to improve user journeys, enhance conversion rates, and increase overall platform engagement.

Apply user-centric design principles and market insights to shape seamless customer experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes.

Identify and develop capabilities, offerings, and digital experiences that encourage consistent usage, repeat visits, and long-term customer engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore opportunities that support product adoption and ecosystem expansion.

Partner closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align roadmaps, launch initiatives, and continuously improve features based on user feedback and data.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strategic thinker with relevant experience in product growth, digital platforms, or customer engagement roles.

Strong understanding of personalization strategies, customer interaction frameworks, and engagement optimization techniques.

Demonstrated success in improving user acquisition, activation, and engagement within digital financial services or similar platforms.

Experience analyzing and improving key performance metrics such as user onboarding, retention, and product usage.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to guide decision-making.

Exposure to growth initiatives within financial technology or digital finance platforms will be an added advantage.

Experience leading teams, mentoring members, and managing performance outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
