One of the world’s most iconic luxury retail group is seeking an Infrastructure & Project Manager who will lead critical technical initiatives and ensure a robust infrastructure across multiple Maisons. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with local teams in Japan, regional IT teams across Asia, and global headquarters in Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain infrastructure for offices and stores, including WAN, LAN, and Wi‑Fi.
- Support regional and global rollout projects, including equipment upgrades and system migrations.
- Manage local vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational stability.
- Provide Level‑2 support and expert consultation to local business teams.
- Coordinate activities among global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent service.
- Assist the IT & Security Lead with initiatives tied to Group-wide security standards.
- Lead infrastructure-related cybersecurity remediation tasks.
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify potential risks early and drive mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.

Required Skills:
- Experience across IT infrastructure domains (network, servers, cloud, and IT security), with strong understanding of architecture, equipment, and monitoring processes; experience in multi-site or retail environments is a plus.
- Proven hands-on project management experience—able to plan, drive, and deliver infrastructure initiatives; skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks/issues, and overseeing external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and business teams, build trust, and navigate discussions with both diplomacy and firmness when required.
