A Global Financial firm is seeking a Senior Production Services Manager (Core Corporate)
In this role you will be responsible for the global leadership, governance, oversight and execution of production services support to Core Corporate divisions using your technical and business knowledge in this challenging and fast moving space.
Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight of Japan regional Production Services team providing support to Core Corporate divisions for a wide range of applications designed to facilitate the successful execution of important compliance, Surveillance, Legal, Audit and Corporate processes.
- The ideal candidate is expected to be bilingual (English and Japanese speaking), forward thinking, strategic attitude with the ability to proactively identify trends, resolve issues and drive continual improvement through innovative technologies.
- The person will be responsible for development and nurturing of our next generation of technology talent as well as the continual upskilling of an experienced team to keep up with our ever evolving technology.
Required skills:
- 10 years of experience in Production Support Management within the Securities industry.
- Leadership skills, experience in managing 5-20 members

Working Hours: 08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
