A leading global technology company delivering advanced digital solutions is looking for a bilingual, highly organized, and proactive Operations Analyst to support their APAC IT Systems Administration team.
This role is ideal for a professional skilled in operational coordination, technical writing, and administrative support. Working closely with IT managers and technical leads, you will serve as the operational backbone keeping regional projects and documentation on track. While non-engineering, prior experience supporting technical teams is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Track action items, manage stakeholder communications across regional workstreams, and handle meeting agendas and minutes.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles, process documents, and operational dashboards using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Support project tracking, vendor coordination, and team onboarding while identifying process improvements to drive efficiency.

Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Mon-Fri
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
