A Life Insurance firm in Japan is looking for a talented Information and Transformation Strategy Expert  to align the Information & Transformation budget with corporate priorities, develop and implement our strategic plan and manage key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
- Supports the development and refinement of the I&T strategic plan (Most Recently 2027-29), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and industry best practices
- Assists in building and managing the I&T budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to prioritize strategic initiatives
- Contributes to shape the company's digital and technology future by leading strategic initiatives aligned with corporate growth plans
- Assists in risk management and regulatory compliance activities related to I&T projects
- Works alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable exposure to enterprise-wide transformation projects
- Drives meaningful change in the insurance and financial services industry, helping modernize core processes and adopt innovative technologies
- Leverages strategic thinking and stakeholder management in a high-impact, collaborative environment

Required Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields. Certifications in project management or strategic planning are a plus
- Professional Experience: 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or working on enterprise transformation projects, ideally within the insurance, banking, or financial services sectors
- More than 10+ Years of working experience
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, develop strategic recommendations, and translate them into actionable plans
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, and influencing decision-making
- Project Management: Familiarity with managing or supporting large-scale projects
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills

Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Remote (one day in-office per month)
