A Global Life Insurance Company is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Strategy & Innovation Department within the IT Division. This is a key role responsible for driving new product development and cross-functional projects. The position offers abundant opportunities to collaborate with global teams, leverage cutting-edge data technologies, and grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business challenges and propose process improvements
- Create business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Evaluate and recommend business and IT solutions
- Collaborate and coordinate with development teams
- Support test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with project execution and issue management
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams
Required skills:
- At least 3 years of Project Manager (PM) or Business Analyst (BA) experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Experience with business requirements definition and business process design

Work Location: Tokyo
