Description
A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is seeking a Bilingual Hardware Support Specialist with strong exposure to IT infrastructure hardware and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and coordination for enterprise IT hardware
- Manage full hardware lifecycle (procurement to decommissioning)
- Ensure hardware standards, compatibility, and security with global/local IT teams
- Support RFQ/RFP/RFI processes for hardware and infrastructure services
- Assist in defining technical specs and vendor requirements
- Collaborate on vendor selection, pricing support, and cost optimization (TCO, benchmarking)
- Prepare and review sourcing documents (SOW, proposals, technical comparisons)
- Act as liaison between IT, procurement, and vendors; manage delivery and issue resolution
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and contractual compliance
- Track budgets and procurement activities; drive standardization, cost efficiency, and process improvements
Required Skills:
- 3~7 years of experience in: IT infrastructure / hardware support and/or IT procurement / sourcing
- Handson experience with RFx processes (RFP / RFQ / RFI)
- Exposure to: Vendor evaluation and comparison / Cost analysis / TCO modeling
- Contract and SOW support
- Understanding of IT procurement lifecycle and supplier management
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT hardware environments, including:
- Enduser computing (Windows/Mac devices)
- Servers and storage infrastructure
- Network devices (Cisco, firewall technologies, etc.)
- Experience working in IT infrastructure, helpdesk, or hardware support roles
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination ability
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Customer focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
